Testimonials from students who took my previous Postcards Workshops:
I love working with Lucie and diving into her imaginative and accessible invitations to create fodder and art! What a joy it’s been making collage journals, postcards and individual pieces of art. This work is grounding and FUN, like Lucie herself! I’m so grateful for all the ways Lucie’sworkshops have informed my practice and keep inspiring me. There’s no greater gift! — Ann Ellis, USA
I’m not exaggerating when I say the workshop last year changed my life! Even with no background or training in art, I came away from the time with Lucie with skills and confidence that I can weave some creativity into my daily routine, which had added so much fun, color, connection, relaxation, and mindfulness! — Leigh Noffsinger, USA
I spent a week making art in Umbria in Lucie’s “Postcards from Italy” workshop. We had themost fabulous time together, creating postcards using various techniques, chatting with fellow artists and exploring the area and its treasures. Thank you, Lucie, for this unforgettable experience! — Kathrin Matschnig, Austria
One of the things I love best about Lucie’s instruction is the generative effect it has on my art practice. I am a working artist, and whenever I return to my studio after a Lucie workshop, I find myself incorporating things I’ve learned into whatever I am making. The techniques she teaches are applicable in so many different ways to mixed media projects. Of course, Lucie’s cleverness and delight in the artistic process and connecting with students is another huge draw! Making art becomes play, not work, and that is priceless. — Martha Makosky, USA
