Artist's Bio

Artist's Projects

Emily Robertson is a British born artist, now living in France. Having always lived in the countryside, she has constantly drawn inspiration from the natural world around her, filling her work with images of animals, birds, insects and plants. After her Fine Art degree at Falmouth University, Emily spent 10 years teaching art in the UK. In 2019, Emily moved to France and is now a full time artist. Emily’s art practice has developed over the years, originally focused on painting she found a love of printmaking whilst at college. After initially working with etchings she has since developed a love of lino cut printing.
